I enjoyed the large windows in the front that let in a lot of natural light, the beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. It is located between the capitol building and the soldiers and sailors monument (where they do a light show at night). Both were located within a block or so from the apartment. The skywalk was quite convenient to get from one place to the next, without worrying about traffic. Also, I felt like I wasn't just on my own with any questions. Anh was very friendly and answered all of my questions promptly! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family! The floors were a little squeaky in the big bedroom when walking across it, but nothing too bothersome.

The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. They asked that you leave your shoes at the door. As senior ladies this was not an option for us. The couch and chairs were not the most comfortable. The backyard was not the best with home insulation strewn about the yard.

I loved that this was an older building with a lot history. The apartment we stayed in was so nice and cozy feeling. I loved the decor and furniture. Everything was great. We only stayed one night for cheer national competition but we would definitely come back for a longer stay. No complaints.

The apartment was in a really great spot. We were able to walk around the city & enjoy sights such as the Canal, 9/11 Memorial, & the Firefighters & Law Enforcement Memorial. It was very peaceful with great city views & very cozy.

All the details were right - clean, well stocked, great amenities, fun decor, useful spaces. Location: park across the street, just a few blocks from downtown, yet safe and family friendly. This place was a great home base for daytime activities yet somewhere we wanted to come back to and spend time in its own right. Host was very friendly and prompt. Nothing much to complain about. It was very hot when we stayed (July 4th) but there were fans and mini units to help deal with the heat. Can't think of anything else not to like with this property, it works!

Plenty of room for our group of 4 friends, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The building felt very secure. Our property had everything we needed for a great stay! We were confused coming in, due to road construction right near the property...But that's nobody's fault.

The apartment was really clean. It was very roomy and was decorated with a very fun design. It was within the budget we need and was close to where we needed to be with our stay. Mattress, but that’s always a personal preference.

Having a whole studio apartment to yourself? Wonderful. Space to move around in after being cramped in a car...wonderful. old school xmen games plus a pinball machine? Plus a foosball table? Absolutely amazing. Several elevators were out of order, but that's a small detail. The apartment was awesome

It was comfortable. I didn’t even want to leave honestly contemplated just paying for another night. 😂 Only complaint I have was the parking other than that it’s perfect. I will most definitely be booking again soon
