Loved the location and the set up. Was perfect for a night out after Indy 500. Bathroom was just a little small for bigger guys in the group. That was the only complaint that was brought up.

We had a great stay! The Anh’s home is well suited for families or small groups. It is also in a great location. Fletcher Place is very nice and we also enjoyed being able to walk to downtown, Lucas Oil and Fountain Square.

This apartment really was perfect!!! Location, parking, unit, beds, kitchen, bed comfort, quiet, well equipped kitchen, layout of rooms, arcade games, WiFi , TV in each room, washer/dryer, laundry basket, extra fan in closet, close to restaurants. Prompt, polite, helpful communication from Anh!!
SO QUIET in apartment!!
Would absolutely stay again! Nothing. But DO remember to take the extra provided ticket to scan for the parking garage so you don’t have to pay extra!!!!!! (We purchased the $20 parking spot associated with the apartment! )

The location was perfect! The unit itself was beautiful! All the instructions on how to get there, how to get in, how to use the garage as well as how to use the keypad we're very well detailed. I would definitely stay again. If I have to pick one thing I would say that the main bathroom sink drained a little slow. That's absolutely being nitpicky though.

This is a spacious apartment that is well outfitted for small groups. The location is fantastic.
The host was fantastic. Excellent communication, and very clear and helpful instructions for check-in, parking, and check-out.

Brilliant location and very well-appointed apartment had everything you could want or need. not a major issue but only two lifts working, good excuse to go up 2 flights of stairs :)

Our stay was exactly what I hoped it would be. As stated by another guest, the pictures do not do it justice. Everything was comfortable and clean. Great location. Easy access and conveniently located to expressways and restaurants. My family really enjoyed themselves. The host was super responsive and was very accommodating. Thank you.

This was perfect for our whole family as we met in Indianapolis for our son's wedding. The young kids loved the gaming machines. The open layout and ample seating was great for conversations. Everything in Fountain Square is easy to get to.

This was a great spot for our overnight stay for the annual Indy Mini--great parking and walkable to the start and finish lines! Anh was very great at communication and answering my questions. She was also very flexible for our check-in.
